Here at Trenton Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. we continually strive to provide you with the highest quality of service. To that end we are offering this maintenance agreement to give you the piece of mind that we will keep your equipment running at peak performance.

AGREEMENT: The Company will provide one annual general maintenance checkup. The service will provide one fall service on one forced air Heating System or one spring service on one Central Air Conditioning system. The service will be scheduled at the companies discretion during regular working hours, 8am to 5pm., Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, After hours and weekends.

DISCOUNT: The Company will provide a 15% discount on all repair parts**. All other emergency calls for the year other than the one provided in the maintenance agreement will receive a 25% discount on all labor charges.

PREFERENTIAL SERVICE: The Company will provide emergency service to you before non-agreement customers.

REPAIRS: Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed on a time and material basis. Payment is due with in 10 days after receipt of the repair invoice. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.

TERM: This agreement is for one year from the effective date. Unless we notify you in writing at least 30 days before the anniversary date of any changes, we will renew this agreement at the same price and terms. This agreement is also null and void if anyone other than our companies service personnel services the equipment during the agreement period.
