Our Practice is located in the quaint southwestern town of West Alexandria, Ohio. We are only a short drive from Dayton, OH and minutes away from the major Interstate I-70. Dayton

US 35 west and drive for approximately 30 miles. Once in West Alexandria, continue west passing though 2 traffic lights. Our office is located on the left approximately 1/2 mile from the first traffic light.

Richmond, Indiana

Take I-70 east and depart taking Ohio Exit 1 onto US 35. Drive for approximately 30 miles passing through Eaton, OH to West Alexandria, OH. Our office is located on the right just inside the city limits.

Cincinnati, OH

Take US 127 North to Eaton, OH. Once in Eaton, turn right, (east) at the second traffic light onto US 35 and continue into West Alexandria, OH. Our office is located on the right just inside the city limits.

Columbus, OH

Take I-70 West and depart taking Exit 14 onto US 503 south. Drive approximately 7 miles to West Alexandria, OH. At the first traffic light turn right, west onto US 35. Our office is located on the left approximately 1/2 mile.

Indianapolis, IN

Take I-70 East and depart taking Ohio Exit 1 onto US 35. Drive for approximately 30 miles passing through Eaton, OH to West Alexandria, OH. Our office is located on the right just inside the city limits.
