Fees & Payments

Usual and customary (UCR) fees vary widely depending upon your insurance plan. If there is a large difference between our fee and your UCR, you may contact our office for assistance.

Our fees are commensurate with the level of service which we provide . In order to help control costs, please make payment at the time of your visit. If this is not possible, the receptionist will discuss a payment plan with you.
