Raymond D. Wolf, D.O. is a 1986
graduate of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine,
where he received the Deans Award for outstanding achievement. During Medical school, he was the
recipient of the McCaughlin Scholarship for Excellence in Osteopathic
Manipulative Therapy, and he served as a local president and a national vice
president for the Undergraduate American Academy of Osteopathy. He completed his rotating
internship at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, Dayton, OH, in 1987.
Dr. Wolf became a member of the Preble County Board of
Health in 1991. In 1995, he received his board
certification in family practice through the AOBFP and he
also became certified as a Medical Review Officer.
Dr. Wolf, his wife Diane, and their children reside in Preble County.
