REMOVE MY COUNTER FROM YOUR PAGE!!

If you do not do so within 3 days, I will modify my counter to return
an embarassing gif instead of a count.

If you would like assistance getting my counter working at your site,
I would be happy to help.  Also, if your provider is running the NCSA
httpd or some other server that supports server side includes,
a low overhead counter is possible.
