Barb Marshall is a mother of four children (3 young adults, one teenager). Barb has been a Sunday school teacher for 30 years, and is currently a Children's church teacher and elementary kidslive coordinator at Sycamore Creek Community Church.

Barb has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University. She is a freelance writer who has been published or accepted by 34 magazines and 4 newspapers including "Decision", "Parents", "Country Woman", "Angels on Earth", "Shining Star Publications", "Ideals", "Children's Ministry Magazine", "Global Prayer Digest" (on staff), "Christian Chronicle" (published monthly), "Teen Power", "Experiencing God", "Christian Education Leadership", "Creatively Your Puppetry", "Pathways to God", "On the Line", "The Helping Hand", etc.
